Pro Program

Thank you for expressing interest in the Novix Outdoors Pro Program. This program is by application only, and acceptance is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to revoke membership at any time. Our goal is to provide you with the highest-performing hunting gear and apparel to help you do your job, and we believe that Novix Outdoors will benefit from your positive representation and integrity in the field.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for application processing. If you do not submit one of the required documents, your application will be denied.

Any violations of the Pro Program Rules and Guidelines will result in immediate and permanent removal from the program.

Please read these Pro Program Rules and Guidelines carefully:

  1. Pro Program membership and the associated discount are only for the member themselves. Reselling of gear is strictly prohibited.
  2. Subscription to our newsletters is required for Pro Program membership.
  3. Members are limited to a maximum of four (4) transactions per calendar year.
  4. The Pro Program discount cannot be combined with other promotions.
  5. Pro Program purchases are eligible for exchange or return for store credit within 30 days of purchase. The member will be responsible for the return shipping in the event of an exchange or return.
  6. Products you are interested in purchasing through the Pro Program may not always be in stock. If the product is not currently available, you will not be able to place an order for it.
  7. As a member of the Pro Program, you represent Novix Outdoors. We expect you to behave in a way that reflects well on our company, both in the field and in other public settings.
  8. We may ask you to rate, review, and provide feedback on products through R&D surveys.
  9. In order to be approved for the Pro Program, you must have a customer account and use the email associated with that account. We cannot approve anyone without an account setup.
